At Fifth Element, we primarily use Training Peaks to communicate with our athletes on a day to day basis. We ask our athletes to use all tools possible during workouts and provide timely feedback on training so we can help them reach their personal goals. Although not required, tools that help optimize training and overall wellness including: power meters, heart rate monitor, use of MyFitnessPal, blood sugar and/or blood ketone meter, and more.

Additional one-to-one coaching consultations are available to all athletes at anytime for $75/hour with any coach. These are ideal for additional guidance with data review, race day planning, nutritional consulting, post-race report review, and more. |
